Core Drilling

D.I.G. has the ability to core holes with great precision in concrete and steel. We can core holes as small as ¼” to as large as 72” in diameter on any angle and to any depth. We can drill out anchor bolts with our vast stock of long tube bits. Metric and special diameter bits can be ordered upon request.

Wall Sawing

D.I.G. can safely create square openings in concrete walls, roofs, and tight access slabs utilizing our track mounted saws, chain saws, ring saws, and hand held units. We can cut to a depth of 36” safely and with great precision. D.I.G. can create openings with no over cuts for seamless door and window installs.

Wire Sawing

Wire sawing at D.I.G. is used when normal means of sawing are not feasible due to depth, size, or access. Wire sawing can be used to cut silos, bridge beams, heat exchangers, machinery pads, or any large concrete or steel structure. Wire sawing is the quickest, safest, and most cost-effective way to cut large pieces of concrete, vessels, or structures.

Slab Sawing

Definitive can handle any of your flat sawing needs. We can cut structural foundations, bridge decks, parking lots, plumbing/electrical trenches, airport run ways, and much more. We have a variety of saws that can tackle any project indoors or out.

Concrete Breaking

D.I.G. can safely break concrete with our hoe rams, shears and hand held units. We also offer a different alternative with our epoxy concrete breaking.

Anchor Bolt Installation

D.I.G. offers two different styles of anchor bolt installation, chemical and mechanical. We utilize the Hilti H.I.T. Systems for our epoxy installations. We utilize Drillco, Maxi-Bolt, undercut non-slip anchor systems for our mechanical style installs. In many cases the concrete in industrial plants has become soaked with oil. Adhesive and grouted anchors will not bond properly to this concrete. Maxi-Bolts, on the other hand, work fine in these situations.
